Direct Deposit Form

Complete and return the direct deposit form to employment@spcollege.edu. Please ensure that the form is completed in it's entirety. All direct deposit changes typically will take up to two pay periods to go into effective. In the interim, the payroll office will mail all live checks to the home address on record.
