The amount of leave that will be paid out to an employee who is leaving the college (including retirement) is dictated by BOT Procedure 2.07.
Terminal pay estimates cannot be provided to employees prior to one week before the final day worked due to the potential for leave balances to fluctuate based on accruals and use of leave.
